At Kromberg & Schubert, we place great importance on promoting young talents and providing support in career choices. That is why our trainees participate in the IHK Training Scouts project, an initiative of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce.

As part of this project, our trainees regularly visit schools and give presentations about their training occupations. They share their personal experiences and give students valuable insights into everyday working life at Kromberg & Schubert. This direct exchange allows students to learn more about different career fields and receive helpful tips for their own career orientation.

On June 19, our training scouts were honored by the IHK at a festive event for their commitment. This recognition shows how important their contribution is to the career orientation of young people and how much their efforts are appreciated.

Our training scouts thus make an important contribution to supporting young people in deciding on their future career path. We are proud of the commitment of our trainees and are delighted to be part of this valuable project.
