On April 3, it was that time again: Future Day – also known as Girls' and Boys' Day – offered young people the chance to learn about professions that go beyond traditional role models. At Kromberg & Schubert, we also opened our doors and welcomed a total of 17 participants to our locations in Abensberg, Renningen, and Wolfsburg.

The aim of Future Day is to give young people in the career orientation phase practical insights – and that is exactly what we did. The participants not only got to know our company, but were also able to get involved and try out various apprenticeship professions – from technical fields to administration.

A special highlight was making their own wiring harness, which everyone was able to take home as a souvenir at the end of the day – a piece of Kroschu they could touch!

We had a lot of fun with all the participants and are already looking forward to the next Future Day, when it will be time to get involved, participate, and discover again!
