As an internationally active company, Kromberg & Schubert bears a great responsibility for the environment and society. That is why it is particularly important to us to sensitize our trainees to social, environmental, and climate issues and to integrate these issues into their everyday work in a sustainable manner.

A special component of this year's program is participation in the OHA! Sustainability Heroes project. Here, our trainees have the opportunity to take action themselves: they develop innovative ideas and concepts to make Kroschu even more sustainable. From resource-saving processes and energy-saving measures to new recycling strategies – the creativity of our young talents knows no bounds!

The official launch of the project took place at the kick-off event on March 11 in Regensburg. Here, our trainees were able to exchange ideas with other participants, gather initial inspiration, and engage intensively with the goals of the program.

We are very much looking forward to the exciting ideas and are proud that our trainees are actively contributing to a more sustainable future!
