As part of this year's practical day of Abensberg Secondary School, Kroschu opened its doors to give students a comprehensive insight into the various training opportunities available. Three groups of interested young people visited our site and had the opportunity to find out first-hand about the training opportunities at Kroschu.

The day began with a presentation of our company and exciting information about the various career fields Kroschu has to offer. Our company's trainees presented their fields of expertise and answered questions about the individual professions and everyday work.

The participants were particularly enthusiastic when they were allowed to get hands-on experience: under the guidance of our trainees, the students were able to gain their first experience in building a wiring harness. This was a unique opportunity to get to know the practical side of the business up close and to experience how much detail and craftsmanship goes into our products.
