On May 7 and 8, our plant in Abensberg was all about health, well-being, and prevention. As part of our Health Days, our employees enjoyed a varied program ranging from practical training sessions and informative lectures to interactive health checks. The goal: to promote a conscious approach to body and mind in everyday working life.

- Nutrition lectures and workshops – practical and suitable for everyday use
- HRV stress measurement – individual analysis of stress levels
- Fitness exercises for an active break – small impulses with a big impact
- Virtual reality bike training – experience exercise in a different way
- Yoga session – for greater mindfulness and balance
- T-Wall reaction test – test your reaction speed in a playful way
- Stem cell typing – a vital topic that moves people
Our employees showed great interest, participated actively, and clearly enjoyed taking new ideas back to their everyday work. The days not only offered a welcome change, but also important food for thought on promoting one's own health.
