Groundbreaking. 10 years of IHK training scouts

10 years of IHK training scouts – we were there for the anniversary! We have been involved in this important project as a training company for many years. Now the initiative has celebrated its 10th anniversary – and we joined in the celebrations in Munich.

There was something to celebrate at the Chamber of Industry and Commerce: the training scouts, a joint project of all chambers of industry and commerce in Bavaria, looked back on 10 successful years. Numerous guests came to Munich for the anniversary celebration - and we were there, of course.

A project that opens doors
The training scouts pursue an important goal: trainees are trained and then sent directly to schools as ambassadors. There, they support students in their career preparation, introduce them to various apprenticeship professions, and provide authentic insights into their own everyday working lives.
This practical perspective gives young people direct access to the world of work – an experience that would otherwise be virtually impossible in the classroom. The concept's success is demonstrated by the consistently positive feedback from schools.

Our long-standing commitment
As a training company, we have been supporting the project for many years and regularly release trainees to work as training scouts. With great commitment, they help to guide young people and show them career prospects.
Through their efforts, our trainees not only make a valuable contribution to promoting young talent, but also represent our company in a particularly credible manner. We are very proud of this.

A successful decade – and the journey continues
The 10th anniversary was a good opportunity to look back on the development and successes of this project. In Munich, it became clear that the training scouts have reached countless young people in recent years and helped them get started on their professional future.
We think this initiative is great and will continue to support it in the future. A big thank you goes to our dedicated trainees, who make this project possible and inspire generations of school students with their commitment.
