From November 2025 to April 2026, five of our apprentices participated in the playbizz business simulation and gained valuable practical experience.
As part of the simulation, they jointly took charge of a virtual company with the goal of successfully bringing e-bikes to market. In the process, they made independent decisions in key business areas such as procurement, production, sales, human resources and finance.
The business simulation offered an ideal opportunity to experience business concepts in a practical setting and to act strategically under realistic conditions. At the same time, it strengthened teamwork and fostered entrepreneurial thinking.
We are proud of our apprentices’ dedication and congratulate them warmly on their successful participation!
