At our Renningen site, our second health day this year was all about “back and joint health.” Working at a desk every day often puts strain on the back. That's why we are particularly keen to offer our employees valuable tips and assistance for prevention and health care.
The program included a comprehensive “back check” to analyze back health, as well as a series of workshops and seminars on back training. Under the guidance of health experts, participants learned how to avoid pain and actively prevent it through targeted exercises and ergonomic posture. In the workshops, employees were able to try out the tips directly and received individual advice for everyday life.
We would like to thank everyone who helped organize this day and made it a success. The lively participation and great interest shown by employees in particular demonstrate that health is not just a topic of discussion at our company, but a matter close to our hearts.
