As an international company with over 40 locations worldwide, it is important to us at Kromberg & Schubert to give our employees a comprehensive understanding of our processes, products, and the people behind them right from the start. A central element of this is our basic training, which is an integral part of the onboarding process for new colleagues. What makes it special is that the training takes place directly at one of our production plants– the Nadab plant in Romania. There, participants gain a detailed insight into the entire manufacturing process of our wiring systems: from goods receipt to pre-assembly and production to quality control and shipping. Theory is brought to life in a very practical way here.

There is a strong focus on personal experience: our employees are given the opportunity to get hands-on experience in practical exercises, allowing them to develop a concrete connection to our products. This not only ensures a better technical understanding, but also strengthens the connection to their daily work.

Another important part of the basic training is personal exchange. In smaller groups, targeted networking sessions take place with contact persons and colleagues from the specialist departments on site. This allows important contacts to be made early on and their own network within the company to be established.

The intensive and informative training week concludes with a traditional Romanian dinner, where new connections can be deepened and impressions exchanged.
