Safety is a top priority at Kromberg & Schubert. That is why our warehouse employees regularly participate in the legally required training and refresher courses for the safe operation of forklifts.
To make the training as realistic as possible, a dedicated obstacle course was recently set up. In a variety of practical scenarios, participants were able to sharpen their driving skills, improve their reaction times, and reinforce the safe handling of forklift trucks.
The course challenged employees with situations that closely reflect those encountered in day-to-day operations. This provided an excellent opportunity to refresh existing knowledge, strengthen practical skills, and gain additional confidence in operating equipment safely and efficiently.
While the focus was clearly on safety, the training also proved to be highly enjoyable. With enthusiasm, concentration, and a healthy dose of competitive spirit, participants successfully mastered the various challenges and demonstrated their expertise.
Regular training initiatives such as this play an important role in preventing accidents and ensuring a safe working environment for everyone.
