Prepared. Health Day in Renningen under the motto “Fit until old age”

On July 16, the first Health Day of the year took place at our Renningen site – under the motto “Fit until old age.” With a varied program, inspiring lectures, and active hands-on activities, the topic of health was made practical and motivating.

On Tuesday, July 16, things got healthy, active, and informative at the Renningen site. Our first health day of the year was all about the motto “Fit until old age” – and offered employees a variety of practical ideas for sustainably improving their own well-being.

A special highlight was the age simulation suit, which allowed our colleagues to experience first-hand how limited mobility or declining sensory functions feel in old age. It was an impressive experience that sharpened their awareness of ergonomic working and preventive health measures.

In the presentation “Full throttle for a strong heart,” participants gained exciting insights into the development of cardiovascular diseases – combined with practical tips for prevention.

The “Brainfit” workshop then focused on mental strength. Participants were able to jump right into training with simple exercises for improving concentration and memory.

Another important part of the program was the DKMS typing campaign, in which many employees registered as potential stem cell donors – a strong sign of social commitment and solidarity.

The Health Day was complemented by healthy snacks, which provided the necessary energy between meals, and an all-round motivating atmosphere.

The positive response and lively participation showed that the topic of health is important and motivates people to get involved. We are already looking forward to the second Health Day later this year and would like to thank all the organizers, partners, and participants!
