With the start of the new apprenticeship year, we were pleased to welcome three new apprentices to our plant in Abensberg. Two future Industrial Management Assistants and one future IT Specialist have begun their training with us, marking the start of an exciting new chapter in their lives.
Starting an apprenticeship is an important milestone. In addition to acquiring professional knowledge and skills, apprenticeships provide valuable opportunities to gain practical experience, take on responsibility, and develop both personally and professionally.
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable start, the first day focused on getting to know the company, meeting colleagues, and gaining initial insights into the various departments and areas of the business.
