For us, sustainability doesn't just start with the product – it starts with training. That's why we're delighted that our trainees are participating in the “OHA! Sustainability Heroes” project. The aim of the initiative is to raise awareness of environmental and climate issues among young people and actively involve them in shaping a more sustainable working world.

The next project meeting took place on May 13 at Haus Rubina in Regensburg. Our motivated trainees, OHA! coach Evi Hastreiter, and the project management team were all in attendance. After a round of personal introductions, all participants had the opportunity to get to know each other in an open exchange. In an interactive presentation, our trainees also received valuable input on the basics of project management – an important step on the way to implementing their own sustainability ideas.

The project work is now in full swing and the grand finale is approaching: the final presentation is coming up soon, where the trainees will present their results to the Regensburg Energy Agency at Eckert Beach in Regenstauf.

We are already proud of our Kroschu sustainability heroes and look forward to the creative solutions that will emerge from the project. Thank you for your commitment – and continued success!
