Team spirit, communication, and lots of fun—all of this was the focus of this year's trainee trip for our Abensberg trainees. Their destination was Munich, where a special adventure awaited them: the escape room!

Together, our trainees tackled exciting puzzles and tricky tasks. They thought, discussed, tried things out – and, of course, laughed a lot. 
Whether it was finding the decisive clue under time pressure or cracking the next code: real teamwork was required here!

In the end, they managed to find their way out – with great success and in high spirits. The day not only offered thrills, but also the perfect opportunity to get to know each other better, build trust, and strengthen team cohesion.

We are delighted with so much commitment, cohesion, and joy in our trainee team – and are already excited to see where the next trip will take us!
